New Year New You 2016

Happy almost New Year 2016!!!!!  Hope you had an amazing 2015!  With New Year’s comes New Years Resolutions and the top one is losing weight.  For this new mommy, it’s my #1 goal to get this baby weight off.  A few years ago, my husband and I eliminated one food a month to see if it would help us eat better and it did.  So, I’m bringing it back.

Here’s what you do:

Each month, you give up one food and then the next month you can either incorporate it back in or keep it out of your diet.  Up to you. I created a food elimination calendar below and will be doing this with a bunch of people on my LIKE page on Facebook!
